The Shame of Life was started by a couple in Moss Side, Manchester, Gareth & Emily, a writer and an artist who pooled their skills together to make a game that beat shame, one ridiculous question at a time. The game was launched on Kickstarter in 2019, and met its fundraising goal in just 8 hours. Since then it has landed in thousands of homes across four continents, selling tens of thousands of copies and starting millions of ridiculous conversations. Read their story
