About Mama Knows

Mama Knows was launched in 2016 shortly after having my second baby. Tired of being scratched when feeding and also having had several necklaces broken by grabby little hands, I found there was a gap in the market for stylish jewellery that was safe to wear around babies. After lots of research and testing I started to make necklaces for mums and caregivers made out of food grade silicone that were not only stylish but were also safe to be grabbed, pulled and chewed by babies. The pieces soon became popular with other mamas and Mama Knows was born shortly afterwards. All of Mama Knows necklaces and dummy (pacifier) clips and handmade in our studio in Cheshire, UK. ​Read their story
