About Remain Aimless

Hello! I’m Allie Lessard—illustrator, desert dweller, and the creative force behind Art by Allie Lessard. From my Tucson studio, I craft illustrations inspired by the wild beauty just outside my door: blooming cacti, towering saguaros, and the vibrant hues of the Sonoran Desert. Each piece begins with a photograph I’ve taken during my desert explorations. These images serve as the foundation for my hand-drawn illustrations, which I then refine digitally to capture the essence of the landscape. Originally from Colorado, my husband and I renovated a 1981 Bigfoot camper during the pandemic. With our two Chihuahuas in tow, we embarked on a journey that eventually led us to settle in Tucson. Now, through fine art postcards, stickers, prints, and more, I share the unique beauty of the desert that captured my heart. I believe that art connects us—to places, to memories, and to each other.
