Sauced & Glazed and subsequently, Doc's Fusion Fuel Hot Sauce, was created out of a love of hot sauce and the iconic 80's movie, Back to the Future. 1.21 gigawatts of power were used to create this concoction of components. It may not produce a sonic boom, but it will generate a small spark inside of you. Having been a hobby hot sauce maker for a number of years, it was while working with a friend of mine that owns a movie prop replica DeLorean Time Machine, that the question came up, "What if you made a hot sauce that embodied the creation of Doc Brown?" Thus Doc's Fusion Fuel was born. Add in the tagline, Great Scott, It's Hot, and the rest is history. Enjoy this fusion of smokiness, spices and just the right amount of heat, on everything from meat, potatoes, chili or eggs. to tacos, pizza or shrimp. It deserves a place in your future.
