We started OHMG after realising the amazing benefits of Magnesium (MG) more than 20 years ago just after having our first child. We were surprised that Magnesium is responsible for more than 300+ functions in our bodies. Everything from improving mental function, balancing our nerves, lowering blood pressure, and even improving metabolism. It really helped us relax and get a better night's sleep! We also found out that most of us are deficient because of lifestyle and environmental stress. Fast forward 20 years, throw in a global pandemic, anxiety, and generally a Stressed Nation and we thought let's create a fun and accessible way that people can top up their magnesium levels.
