We're a pair of pups from Melbourne, Australia whose humans did what all other humans do when they get their first puppy... First, they Google'd 'how to look after a puppy'. Then they hightailed it to the local pet shop to stock up on all the puppy necessities they thought they needed. It was a disaster. They spent all their hundreds on ugly, uncomfortable, poor quality accessories because they were the only things on offer.
