Fjåk Chocolate is a chocolate “bean to bar” chocolate based in Hardanger, Norway. Uniquely, Fjåk Chocolate aims to offer a line of fine artisan chocolat products – made locally by hand – from organically and fair-trade sourced cocoa beans – encompassing the whole process of chocolate making in our very own factory. Bean-to-bar defined: Simply put, it is the process by which a cacao bean is transformed into real chocolate. This is our concept chocolate made from scratch with the best organic ingredients. Since 2018 Fjåk Chocolate has been awarded more than 70 international awards at the Academy of Chocolate Awards, at Great Taste Awards and at the International Chocolate Awards. We source our ingredients, looking for the best cacao beans grown in small farms, preferably organic and through direct trade. It is very important to know where our cacao beans come from to insure the best quality in our final products. Chocolate love
