Through years working in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and Michelin starred restaurants, Sebastian brings a refreshing attitude to blending worldwide exotic ingredients with more locally sourced produce, with many of our flavour combinations influenced by the changing seasons. All of our creations are made from scratch with the finest of ingredients using artisanal techniques, and with most of our packaging made from recycled paper and biodegradable plastic, we are continually striving to improve our sustainability.Read their story
