Our specialty-grade arabica beans are ethically sourced through direct relationships with expert, small-scale farmers via our importing co-op. Grown organically, shade-grown, and fairly traded, every bean is hand-selected at peak ripeness, expertly prepped for export, and cupped at multiple stages to ensure optimal flavor. We purchase coffee in small lots and roast it in small batches using time-tested profiles, with daily quality control and tasting to guarantee freshness and consistency.
