About Monique

Monique Leshman was born in Detroit, raised in South Florida, and moved to NYC in her early 20s. As a Designer, she places an emphasis on Bohemian Lux lifestyle. She is the sole creator of a brand new driving force in fashion that allows women everywhere to feel like they’re on the catwalk with one-on-one virtual styling suggestions, remote fashion makeovers, and more, all conveniently based around her clients’ schedules. Her story in fashion began in the 90s. While working in retail after moving to New York City from Florida, her friends noticed her colorful handmade jewelry and encouraged her to start selling it on the streets in Soho. Within just a few short months, Monique had amassed a following of stylists, designers, and fashionistas with her innate passion and talent for creating beautiful pieces of wearable art. She then launched an accessory line in boutiques across the United States. Soon after the success of her accessory line, Monique launched the Signature Pocket Bag, which landed her a spot on the 5th floor at Bergdorf Goodman. Then, while traveling in India, Monique fell in love with the local artisans and their various techniques, such as beading. She struck up a relationship with a family of clothes manufacturers, and soon, she created her Signature Tunic and Signature Caftan.
