About Carvia Vodka

CARVIA, THE FRENCH VODKA THAT TASTES GOOD Distilled in France in our small traditional still, the main characteristic of CARVIA vodka that differentiates it from other vodkas is its great taste specificity. The name CARVIA comes from CARVI or more commonly meadow cumin. The whole design of our vodka is built around this spice. This choice is not due to chance. When we started working on creating the best vodka in the world, we set ourselves a rule: vodka had to taste good. This became quite obvious after a large number of experiments around different vodka recipes. Thanks to a long and meticulous work we have chosen CARAWAY or cumin from the meadows as the most universal taste for vodka. We were so overwhelmed by this spice that we decided to use on its own. We have not made blends of other spices, herbs, plants as is customary for gins, aquavits, liqueurs and other categories of spirits. We noticed the versatility of pairing CARAWAY in combination with numerous gourmet dishes or ingredients. In our opinion, CARAWAY is a necessary and sufficient element for gastronomic pairings from aperitif to dessert. It is just as delicious eaten in its pure state accompanied by salmon or caviar, as it is gently poured over a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Read their story
