About Maison Aubert

Since 2019, Maison Aubert's lemonades have had a new start since the 6th generation of lemonadiers decided to relaunch the family business that ended in 1993. It was at the end of the 19th century that the family history began; Jules Aubert then undertook the manufacture of lemonades at L'Hôtel d'Alfonce in Pézenas (Occitanie); and building on the success of its drinks, the family developed there for 4 generations according to numerous distinctions, gold medals and diplomas of honor. This renaissance combines modernity and authenticity: the spirit and taste of lemonades of yesteryear have been preserved but the recipes have been adapted to offer drinks “more in tune with the times”: less sweet, certified organic and offering a more diversified range.Read their story
