I was a top freelance eyewear designer… and then I had a baby.
I could no longer sit at my laptop for 16+ hours—just to chase a nanomillimetre-perfect eye shape. I missed creating. I missed making beautiful things for people to love.
And maybe this is too honest… but I missed my relationship too. 
We started having board game nights instead of our evening Netflix binge & it sparked a light back in us. I’d like to bring this reconnection to others too. But make the pieces way cooler. 
Time together. Screens off. Moments that feel like an island oasis in a busy life. The Island Society is warmth. A place to enjoy, together.
