About A Healthy Beginning

When I first became a mom 12 years ago, I wanted to make sure what I was putting on my body and my baby’s body was truly safe. I also wanted to make sure what we were using was not harmful to our natural environment or create a lot of plastic waste. But when I looked at what was available on the market, there were very few options that met these criteria. Having worked in the sustainability field, including in toxic chemical management, for over 15 years by then, I knew most products sold in stores had ingredients that were often toxic and not well tested. That’s because Canadian regulations on body care products are much weaker than other countries in the world. That's why soon after I became pregnant, I set out to make my own skincare products that would be safe for me and my family, give us amazing and healthy skin, and protect the environment. To do that, I did extensive research and got professional aromatherapy training. Following that, I started teaching workshops on how to make personal care products. Then a couple of years later, I started selling my line of products to help more people. Today, I am proud to say our line of all-natural skincare products have been time-tested by thousands of customers in Canada, the US, and countries across the world and they love them.
