In Navarra, at the foot of the Urbasa and Andía mountains, our ancestral spring is born. Our salt flats are unique due to their origin, a fossilized sea from 220 million years ago; their location at 700 meters altitude in a pre-Pyrenean area, where the virgin environment guarantees their quality; and their 100% artisanal extraction process, which remains intact generation after generation. Each year, we extract the salt following a tradition that respects the nature and richness of this unique spring. Behind our Ancestral spring salt lies the legacy of a family of master salt makers who have preserved the tradition of producing pure salt in an artisanal way. Without chemical processes or industrial machinery, it is their expert hands and the knowledge passed down over the years that shape a unique product.
