Corylus Farms produces the finest oil and flour from roasted hazelnuts grown in Oregon. Our Corylus Farms Hazelnut Oil uses centuries-old methods from France and Italy. High quality hazelnut kernels are gently roasted in small batches, pressed to release the oil, and bottled without filtration or further treatment. Our Corylus Farms Hazelnut Flour is ground from the nuts after pressing.
