VOXAPOD® is a benefit company and period wellness brand fighting the gender gap, reducing waste, and building more equitable communities by donating products and 2% of sales to ensure no one is denied an opportunity because of their biology. Our products are ethically sourced, sustainably made, and every purchase helps provide safe period care to those in need so they can stay in school, go to work, and live out their potential with confidence. We are woman-owned and over 70% of our suppliers and contractors are women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+. VOXAPOD was started after our founder, Amanda Wilson, was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and struggled for decades with menstrual health issues – including irregular periods, hair loss, weight fluctuation, hormonal imbalance, fertility issues, anxiety, and depression – it impacted every part of her life, including her confidence. In her quest to heal her body and take back her life, VOXAPOD was created to support others on their own period wellness journey – so they can feel more powerful, healthy, and confident in their own bodies and everyday lives. We focus our impact on those who can’t afford or access safe period care and are denied opportunity, dignity, and basic human rights – creating intersectional impact that includes gender equity, health, education, social and economic development, and the environment – because all of these things impact our well-being.
