Aljomar began with a dream. This story begins in a small Iberian ham store, in 1969. The good land of Guijuelo, through our incorporation to “Vera Vieja”, the beginning of the cycle, and later to “El Navazo”, our slaughterhouse, turned this dream into ALJOMAR. Over time, our family expanded, innovated in its quality and adapted to the market, consolidating itself today as one of the main producers of Iberian products in Spain. Our commitment to quality, tradition and social responsibility has led us to gain well-deserved national and international recognition, which culminated in the recent award for the Best Iberian Ham in Spain and a constant improvement in sales records.
