Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters was founded in 2014, opening a coffee shop cafe and coffee roastery in the heart of Park City, Utah. Our mission is to source responsibly grown green coffees with a focus on fair trade and organic farming and importing practices; We roast those beans in our German built Probat drum roaster, and deliver them as fresh as possible to our customer. Pink Elephant’s roasting metrics are to produce high end single origin coffees that are striking, remarkable and delicious. This is small batch, whole bean artisan coffee. The founders, husband-wife team Mitch and Kelley Baker, are passionate about Utah's public lands. There’s nothing that we love more than sipping a cup of coffee while surrounded by vast public lands, wild places and native wildlife — whether we’re sitting by a campfire, hiking up a mountain, wading in a river, or simply enjoying the view. This is why we give a portion of sales to local nonprofit organizations to ensure our public lands are here to stay. Wander far, roam free.
