A Mayes Pottery features 2 main product lines, clay stamps and fired ceramic jewelry. We design and Produce clay stamps for our fellow potters and we also produce finished ceramic jewelry and other pieces with our stamps. All our products are handcrafted in the U.S.A. Pamela Fisher Mayes is the owner/designer/operator of A Mayes Pottery. Pam is a graphic designer, designing print material and web designs for local businesses. Always eager to learn new things she decided to try her hand at pottery and fell in love with the art of handbuilt pottery. Once she learned the basics, she started seeing the possibilities of tying her tech and design skills to her ceramics. After designing stamps and texture sheets for her own pottery creations she felt other potters might enjoy having them available for their work as well. A Mayes Pottery features a collection of clay stamps and texture tools potters will love to work with. It also features a selection of finished pottery products for pottery enthusiasts as well. Assorted fired ceramic jewelry pieces are the highlight of the finished pottery selection. Featuring pendants that range from colorful, fun necklaces to functional terracotta aromatherapy pieces. There is also a line of fired post earrings in a wide variety of styles and colors. A Mayes Pottery is a division of PGF Designs, a graphic design company located in Sevierville, TN, nestled in the foothills the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
