About Brasserie des docs

The Brasserie des Docs is an organic and natural and progressive craft beer factory located in Alissas in Ardèche. I offer you a range of quality beers inviting you to discover brewing flavors - Pils, amber, blond hoppy, IPA. New recipes are offered to you every season via the “What's New Docs” range. The malts (70% are malted in Ardèche with grains from the region) and hops (50% from Ardèche) selected for all recipes are 100% organic. The local dimension of suppliers of raw materials, packaging and equipment as well as the reduction of the ecological impact of the process is at the center of concerns and is constantly improving. The brewery is part of the process of recovering and reusing its cardboard packaging as well as its bottles (via rebooteille and my bottle is called is coming back). Read their story
