About EcoStoof®

EcoStoof® is a patented design by a Dutch company, founded in 2019 by Caro & Iris. Caro became fascinated by insulation materials while working as an architect for energy-efficient buildings. When she discovered the haybox, she was inspired by this traditional cooking method and approached her friend Iris. Thanks to Iris's eco-design background, they were the perfect match to develop the EcoStoof®. Their aim to always do the right thing for the environment made it logical for them to focus on fair and sustainable production of the EcoStoof® and its products, but also to support charities in the field of nature development and biodiversity. Caro and Iris give a modern twist to the traditional haybox slow cooking method with the unique, energy-saving product - the EcoStoof®.
