Keenan of K-Sauce started making hot sauce in 2005 when he was 10 years old. He was a picky eater and discovered he could eat almost anything if it was covered in hot sauce. Every year he would create a new recipe. After 6 years of home production, it was decided that enough was enough! How may bulbs of garlic can you peel? How may limes can you squeeze? Onions cut? Peppers stemmed and cooked? How long can you breath with cooking jalapeños and habaneros in the house? In 2013 K-Sauce took their recipes to a commercial kitchen and K-Sauce retail was born.
