Sharing what's good since 1816. Here is in a few words the story of Maison Duculty Our family home is located in the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park, in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region. Between Lyon and Ardèche, our mountain village (department of Loire) offers us an exceptional setting and climate for the production and maturation of our artisanal charcuterie. Time and nature are our allies in offering you an emotional charcuterie. Our charcuterie is made from ancestral recipes, handed down from generation to generation, they testify to our passion for taste. It is in this logic of excellence that our know-how has been labeled a living heritage enterprise (EPV) We only use top quality meat from our region. No allergens, no additives. We produce artisanal dried charcuterie, letting nature do its work. We offer a wide range of specialties. From our dried sausage to different varieties of hams, including rosette, coppa, and many others. We are also proud of our famous pistachio and truffled sausages. So many generous and gourmet products to spend moments of sharing and conviviality. Indeed, conviviality and sharing are the DNA of our house. We like to continue this French tradition.
