About Lighthouse Keepers Pantry

Kelly O’Connell is a Cape Cod native who spent nearly two decades in New York City managing product development and marketing for lifestyle brands Martha Stewart and The Pioneer Woman. In 2020, Kelly opened a pop-up roadside jam stand as a Covid hobby after learning to make jam for her father who loves to eat toast throughout the day. By 2021, Kelly had launched the Lighthouse Keeper’s brand of gourmet foods with her business partner Greg Bilezikian. To showcase her products, they established a café and gourmet retail shop in the heart of the Captain’s Mile (Route 6A) on Cape Cod called Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry. Inspired by recipes of a lighthouse keeper on Sandy Neck Beach, the café has become a beacon for locals and a travel destination for tourists and foodies.Read their story
