About Julie Celina

I collect inspiration from both nature and different cultures of the world. I'm fascinated by the relationship between people and nature, and how it differs from culture to culture. I build my compositions to best encaptivate a sense of intriguing mystery filled with different textures and symbols for the viewer to interpret and explore. My paintings are built up with a high number of thin and translucent layers of paint, always finishing my paintings with rich and vibrant oil paint to bring depths and life to the painting. My fine art prints are printed in Denmark on thick and high-quality FSC-certified paper. The prints are packaged in compostable materials. Sustainability is very important to me, and I want to do my part to take care of the earth. I also only use eco-friendly materials in the production of my paintings. Read their story
