I’ve struggled with cystic acne since I was eight years old. Unlike the advice that I received from many -- I never grew out of it and “drinking more water” was never the cure. As I continued to struggle with acne and skin sensitivity into adulthood, I always noticed the lack of representation of Black women in acne-positive skincare. There weren’t many mainstream brands that made products for my skin, with imagery that reflected who I was. In looking to create a solution for my own problem, I found a solution for all skin types. Our products are handmade with high quality ingredients and created to enhance your daily self care ritual. Our goal is not perfection.
