At Stalwart Crafts, our premium Italian leather is sourced from dairy cows which, when the time comes, are butchered for their meat, leaving the hides as a by-product. These skins are treated at our local tannery in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. It is here, over the past five years, that we have perfected a unique process, which results in the finest handmade leather aprons available anywhere in the world. This process ensures the leather has the optimum thickness, weight, flexibility, comfort and protection for working day-in, day- out.
