The Carolina-B brand was born from my story as a mother wanting to offer the best to my first daughter, who was born in August 2004. As a parent, I realized the responsibility I had regarding the choices I would make for my little girl. That's how I started reading labels to be informed about the products I would choose for her. Reading and understanding the labels proved to be complicated, as it was reserved for an informed audience... I spontaneously developed a passion for cosmetics to know and clearly choose what should enter our bathroom. I quickly realized that conventional cosmetics did not meet my quality criteria, so I turned to homemade and organic products, with the frustration of not finding products specifically formulated for the needs of kinky hair. Then in 2013, I was given the opportunity to leave my job in investment and finance banking to create a business. I immediately wanted to offer all mothers who don't know how to read a label a trustworthy brand for the care of their children's hair.
