About Esprit Foie Gras

When we talk about good local products, we can only think of ESPRIT FOIE GRAS, from the BOUTINES family. For 3 generations, this family has been cooking duck mulard in the purest tradition of the Gers, and processing it to make high quality products: foie gras, candied foods, cooked meals, fresh products. Originally, a grandmother Régine SOULA, in love with cooking and eating well. After a first career as a cook in a renowned restaurant in Gers “Chez Maigné”, she started breeding geese and ducks, raised in the open air, fed on grain, fattened with corn (without GMOs, of course!). Then Ghislaine (his daughter) and René BOUTINES, settled on the family farm and developed it by building their own cannery to CE standards. Damien, the son joined them and they set up a name, the brand ESPRIT FOIE GRAS and opened this online store. Today, the FOIE GRAS SPIRIT processes ducks and geese.
