We handle only pure Teff, coming in naturally white and brown varieties (no nutritional difference between the two!), with our best-sellers including pure organic Tobia Teff flour, gorgeously chewy Tobia Teff Meksses bars (that's the Amharic word for snack), loaves of wonderfully light and nutty Tobia Teff breads, and amazingly versatile Tobia Teff flakes (we love them in smoothies! Oh, and they make a great porridge too). We've been suppliers to the UK's health service for years, with Tobia Teff bread mixes available on prescription from your GP. With endless gluten-free baking possibilities we love Teff not just for its amazing health properties, but also for its lovely nutty taste too.
