Welcome to the Cupboard, the small cannery for great gourmets! In the purest tradition of Landes, Basque or Gascon cuisine, our cannery offers you regional products from the South-West, quality preserves made with excellent local products. Based in Les Landes, our family business works with 100% local and natural raw materials! In Our Preserves Cabinet, no cooked frozen food, no rehydrated or brined product. Our artisanal preserves are guaranteed without additives, preservatives, colors or flavor enhancers. We receive our fresh products and promote short circuits as much as possible by choosing our raw materials from local producers, good vegetables (tomatoes, green beans, bean ingots, peas...), good meats (pork, duck...), excellent fish from the Saint Jean de Luz or Adour fish auction (chipirons, tuna) white, lamprey...). All our preserves are cooked and cooked at home, in our 600m2 workshop to CEE and HACCP standards, by our team of three cooks.
