Having fallen into disuse in the 1980s, it was without counting on the know-how and audacity of the Filt 1860 Manufacture, based in Normandy since 1860, to bring it up to date, and make it the IT-bag, sought after by the major French Luxury Houses and also for export as in Japan, or the USA. Its usefulness is no longer in doubt. Our grandmothers' traditional fillet is sturdy, practical and stretchy. But it is also a timeless accessory that is practical, ecological and trendy at the same time.
