OOKA is a French brand founded in 2020 in La Seyne-sur-Mer by Clément and Aymeric, two childhood friends passionate about coffee and committed to ecological transition. Together, they envision a new way of consuming coffee: more responsible, more local, more human. At OOKA, everything starts with the selection of green coffees: organic, fair trade, or from sustainable sources. Each batch is carefully chosen by our master roaster, a certified Q-Grader, and then artisanally roasted in small quantities in our Provençal workshop. Our uniqueness: a zero-waste and circular approach. Our coffee beans are delivered in bulk or in returnable containers, without single-use packaging. The coffee grounds are collected, stored, and then repurposed. Each step is designed to limit our carbon footprint while highlighting artisanal expertise. OOKA caters to shops, coffee shops, and places that wish to offer excellent coffee, committed and aligned with strong values. More than just a product, it is a sincere and coherent experience that we wish to share, cup after cup.
