About FYIS

The Fyis project was born from the strong connection with our land and the personal consumption of citrus fruits, which we have been cultivating for generations. Fyis is an integral part of the entire supply chain. During the stages from cultivation to processing of the citrus fruits, nothing is left to chance; we personally oversee the entire process of transforming and bottling our products, all done artisanally in our workshop, with each bottle being individually handled up to the manual application of labels.
