A WOMEN-RUN FAMILY BUSINESS - INNOVATIVE BY TRADITION. THE COMPANY, FOUNDED IN 1940, IS ALREADY IN ITS FOURTH GENERATION. Even the founder, Robert Schmidt, himself a master hairdresser, developed a mountain herb hair water from hand-picked herbs, flowers and leaves from Thuringian meadows, forests and fields.
