About Banana Square

Located in the Périgord region but keen on travel and flavors du Monde, I am committed to creating ice creams with exotic scents and with notes of the terroir. From the design of techniques to the development of tastes and fragrances, my ice creams are authentic, original and artisanal. I created a range of innovative recipes in the world of ice cream, everything is 100% organic and vegetable and my ice cream comes in sticks iced. The texture of traditional ice cream is recreated without product of animal origin or dairy product, in particular thanks to coconut cream and the banana. I use only raw products and a minimum of ingredients is used in order to obtain a tasty and qualitative product. This way of proceeding responds to a mode of consumption in full mutation.
