Haw River Mushrooms started as a small family farm in central North Carolina. With over a decade of mushroom growing, foraging, and cooking experience, today they offer a line of prepared foods with a focus on delicious, evocative, crave-able umami flavor. Haw River Mushrooms has received recognition from the National Specialty Food Association (SOFI), NC Specialty Food Association, Good Food Awards, NC Made in Our State, and many festival tastings.
