About Rokelin

History Rokelin is a family business that began its journey in 1975, we are dedicated to making high quality hams and sausages, all of them made with Teruel Denomination of Origin pork. We salt our hams one by one by hand, and dry them in our natural dryer for a minimum of 18 months. Our drying process is carried out at an altitude of more than 900 meters, opening the windows of our natural dryer every morning and letting the cold and dry air of Teruel do its work. All our sausages are made with natural tripe and following the traditional recipes of Teruel. Project Our goal is to always produce products of the highest quality, which is why our productions are limited, since although we apply the most modern food safety techniques, we do not want to lose the artisanal way of production. Equipment The company's team is made up of 10 workers who are like a family, we all collaborate on all tasks and have an in-depth knowledge of the products.
