CONTEMPORARY GREETINGS & STATIONERY Made in Manchester, UK. Hi I'm Dannyboy, together with my trusty sidekick Bob the miniature Dachshund, we are the team behind Cardinky. Cardinky has been producing contemporary design-led greeting cards since 2013. Ranges include: Smile, Theodore Roberts & Toon Kids. All of our cards are printed on ecologically produced, FSC accredited heavyweight G.F Smith boards, and come complete with recycled envelopes, making them completely plastic-free. Having worked in the design sector for many years, I realised I wasn't particularly suited to a 'desk' job and was keen to seek out something more tactile. That's when I decided to combine my design experience with a passion for printmaking & drawing! Influenced by a love of mid century modern design and traditional 'hands-on' analogue processes, we aim to bring a bit of a character to your walls & mantlepieces. We are massive print, paper & colour geeks! Passionate about creating all of our designs ourselves by hand in a dedicated studio in Manchester. All of our digitally printed designs start out life in the most traditional place, the drawing board. When they are print-ready we send them to one of the leading print specialists in the country. Our hand printed designs are made using specialist archival printmaking papers & hand mixed lightfast inks. Our pieces are designed to last, they'll hopefully be raising smiles & setting tails wagging in your home for years to come. Read their story
