About Easy Bean

Easy Bean is a small and innovative food producer on a mission to create healthy and convenient food that champions the bean. At their Somerset bakery they specialise in baking savoury biscuits using flours milled from pulses (beans, peas & lentils). Pulse flours are highly nutritious, high in protein and a good source of fibre. In addition, they are naturally gluten free. The crackers and crispbread are handmade in small batches. Seeds are mixed into the cracker dough and slowly baked for extra crunch. The chickpea crispbread are topped with a mixture of toasted sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, chia, linseed and nigella seeds.
