In March 2018, I came up with the idea to create the perfect snack! we transformed an old traditional European meringue recipe and took the bad ingredients out and incorporated the good ones. the outcome was less than two calories per piece meringue bite, sugar-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, soy-free, non-GMO, natural colors/flavors, and kosher certified. We have incorporated the original line, the KETO, and the Diabetic lines as well. this makes one of the cleanest labels on the market and literally the perfect snack for everyone to indulge in.
