About Grinhilda Szendy

Grinhilda Szendy, daughter of the artist Arisztid Szendy, was trained by her father for 6 years. But following the health problems of the latter, she sees herself continuing the family business alone with her mother who had an important finishing and commercial role. While continuing to perfect herself in her father's highly sculptural collection, Grinhilda, with the latter's encouragement, began to create her own models.A former riding instructor, Grinhilda remained close to nature, where her inspiration came from. She obtains it in fauna, flora (flowers, butterflies...), forces of nature (torrents, swirls...), geometric shapes and in spirituality that takes an important place in her life. On some creations you can admire stones that are all semi-precious stones. (carnelian, onyx, mother-of-pearl, amber, amethyst, lapis lazuli...). Read their story
