About The Beaded Wire Designs

I attended culinary arts school in St.Augustine Florida with dreams of becoming a famous pastry chef, traveling the world expanding my love for fine details in pastry art. I opened a wedding cake and pastry business but after the birth of my first child, I embraced the role of a stay at home mother. As I grew a bit restless, I began creating fun jewelry designs from home showing off my new craft to friends and family. Very quickly the positive response to these fun and colorful designs transitioned into a demand to create jewelry for purchase in large volume. I returned to business school and within a year many local salons and gift shops began carrying my collections. In the next 5 years I started taking my family (2 little boys now) on the road while I expanded my business in new territories. 12 years later The Beaded Wire designs can be found at exclusive spa and retailers throughout the country and my little boys who are now quite big have an active role in our family business. Each unique jewelry piece is still handcrafted on Cape Cod Ma by myself and 3 other women, crafting designs that we all wear and love ourselves.Read their story
