Islamorada Raw Honey is sourced locally and exclusively from the Fabulous Florida Keys. IHC is a family owned beekeeping outfit based out of Islamorada, Florida. We also do commercial stone crab fishing and have been in the Keys for over six generations. From growing pineapples in the early 1900s to Key Limes in the late 1950s... now we do bees! Which is not what people think of when they hear "Key West" or "The Fishing Capital of the World". However it's very unique and the honey that this little island chain produces is like nothing we have ever had... and we have tried a lot of honey! I can mail samples upon request, haven't had a bad review yet!
