Hi, I’m Antonella, founder of FaBene. My dream of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to California was born from my personal experiences with health and nutrition. After struggling with digestive issues and an autoimmune disease, I realized how much food could be an ally for health. This journey inspired me to create FaBene. With the support of my family, I founded a line of ready-to-eat Italian dishes that combine the tradition of the Mediterranean diet with a modern approach to wellness. We use only high-quality ingredients like grass-fed beef, imported Italian flours, and healthy alternatives such as cauliflower bechamel. Our signature product is lasagna, available in traditional, gluten-free, and vegan versions, designed for those who seek balanced nutrition without sacrificing flavor.
