With IACYA we put vision into action: more than just another lifestyle label, it is the first step towards change, sets an impulse for decelerated and sustainable consumption. The product becomes a statement. IACYA has many faces: It is born from a German creative collective and their community. The community's central role at IACYA becomes evident from the brand's name: an acronym of the words I Am Cause You Are. The community inspired the founding, provides the right to exist and sets the direction for the future. Because we believe that the brands need the community — not the other way around. The community is what the brand is made of. The traditional fashion business is all about producing large quantities and then artificially creating a need for them. In contrast to that, IACYA only produces what is already needed and desired by the community. We believe in network, connection and taking responsibility for the collective goal of a sustainable world. IACYA stands for slowing down and taking a conscious break.
