We are an artisanal flour mill in the Okanagan Valley, BC, making the most healthy, flavorful and fresh flour you can find, other than grinding it yourself. All organic and chemical-free, made from the finest BC grains. We make a range of different grain flours, including our versatile all purpose and bread flours, as well as some ancient grain and heritage grain flours. Our industrial-scale stone mills ensure the grains are gently ground at cool temperatures, retaining the natural elements, nutritional values and flavor of each individual grain.
