Welcome to Mozaic by Euro Dreaming At the Western end of the McDonnell ranges of Central Australia, a sub-species of Wallaroo known as the Euro inhabits the dry, rocky and sparsely vegetated landscape of the lower slopes of Rwetyepme (Mt Sonder). The cultural belief system of Indigenous Australians known as The Dreaming attributes the existence of people, animals, landforms and vegetation to their creation by ancestor spirit beings at the beginning of time. The Euro is found in the Dreamtime storylines of the Aboriginal people of Central Australia: the Euro Dreaming. One of seven Papunya board paintings hanging in The Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) is the Untitled (Euro Dreaming Ceremony) 1972 by Tim Leura Tjapaltjarri. In creating our Mozaic collections we draw inspiration from the Euros of Rweptypme finding sustainable abundance in harsh terrain, incredible temperature ranges and droughts that for most other species, are unsurvivable. Just as many small pieces combine to make our logo image, many natural elements come together in the creation of our styles: - High quality lightweight cotton yarn spun from sustainably produced, naturally grown cotton. - Artistic fabric designs produced by overlaying up to 22 different colourfast dyes. - A wide range of practical, loose-fitting styles for maximum comfort in the heat and humidity of the Australian summer. - Australian design ethically produced in India by skilled artisans.
