It is halfway between innovation and tradition that Infermen.to Spirits was born The first line of spirits that uses fermented rice at the base 100% handmade products made in Piedmont, the result of the encounter between Vercelli's black rice and the experimentation of Turin mixology. Ideal products to drink straight as an aperitif or at the end of a meal but also ingredients for mixing to be twisted into cocktails in which vermouth, bitter and bitter are used. It comes to life from this mixture of NÈIR, a real homage to one of the best-known symbols of ancient Japanese culture, while respecting the production traditions of two beverages emblematic of Savoy entrepreneurship over the centuries, such as beer and vermouth.
